Porsche in the center

Porsche is organizing a central event for all of its Polish customers. Therefore, the WOW effect is necessary. Both: the venue and the formula must be spectacular, because it will be the premiere of the most important sports car model- 911.

The event was organized on 19.11.2015, in the Hall of the High Voltage Department of the Institute of Power Engineering in Warsaw. At 9:11 pm, 911 guests watched the spectacle titled “911 EMOTIONS”. During the unveiling of the latest Porsche model large, moving multimedia elements were used. Huge size- 30mx12m projection screens and a spectacularly-looking LED ring with a diameter of 8m and a height of 4m served as an arena specially prepared for the multimedia etude presenting the new 911.

In order to take proper care of the guests we almost entirely booked two prestigious hotels in Warsaw, each of them providing personal service and offering the possibility of direct transport to the venue. Next to the High Voltage Hall a parking for 500 cars was organized, where the servicemen were supposed to smoothly set the cars in no longer than 30 minutes.

The flag show

The premiere of the new Porsche 911 was a project that required spectacular framing and precise organization. The event, due to its scale was quite a challenge. By combining the forces of two agencies (Consortium WALK Events and Event Focus), we produced an amazing effect. Our event stood out from Polish automotive premieres inter alia due to the use of new technologies in the demanding and difficult to arrange location. The effects help us provide the attendees with a spectacular show. By combining the experience of both agencies, as well as the potential of the High Voltage Hall, we turned an innovative and unconventional idea into a memorable premiere of the 911.
